Excellent recipes that will boost our body's natural ability to fight diabetes!

I've heard so much about insulin and diabetics, I mean common you'd need to be living under a rock for the past 30 years to have missed this one, but if I really get thinking, I have no idea what insulin does except help with diabetic patients. After reading this book I've realized that we are ALL on the edge of getting diabetes in the modern world, if we shop at a supermarket or we eat at any restaurants we are in danger, and any day we might find out we have that terrible disease that will never end well. and I've also realized that there is a simple cure - eating the right food will basically enforce our bodies to be able to break down sugar easily and help our bodies coup better with the modern way of life (so to speak).
This book was well written and easy to follow and overall I liked it a lot.
I really liked some of the recipes, but was hoping for a way to transition to this new diet gradually, and not go cold-turkey since that is extremely hard to maintain over time.

like ‘insulin resistance’

I looked to this book for guidance on how to lose weight, as well as fat from a variety of recipes for all meals of the day. I’ve read a handful of recipe books and I try not to get fed up in the title, like ‘insulin resistance’, but rather how healthy the recipes are because frankly, if they’re healthy, then they will solve a lot of your health problems no matter what they are. After looking through this book and even trying out some of the recipes, I can say that I can highly recommend the book based on its variety, as well as quantity of recipes. I was fortunate to find this book on a promotion and I quickly skimmed through it to find a meal and dessert that all of the guests could eat! There was a great selection to choose from and I was interested to learn a little about what insulin resistance actually is too.
