Who knew living in an independent retirement community could be so full of wonderful surprises. I laughed right out loud and also shed a tear or two. The goings on in a retirement community just might surprise you,it did me. This is the first time I have ever written a review, but this is a little gem.

The author Barbara Maltby has been an avid author for much of her adult years. These writings have encompassed many inspiring and touching personal adventures throughout this 90year old's very active life. What a fun book to read

What a fun book to read. I felt like I knew all the people in the book . . . or should I say I wish I knew them as their stories were so interesting. It made me realize how many storied there are to hear but I just don't ask. One day these people will be gone but thank goodness the author put it to pen and paper so others can read it. I am going to buy a couple more for Christmas gifts. Enjoyed it thoroughly!
